How to Order

Simply choose the bouquet or present you like at our website and then fill in the order from. .

Make sure you give correct and exact delivery address (street, house, entrance, building, floor, company name, office, etc). If you give us wrong details (house number, street name, the recipient does not reside at the specified address), the order will be considered fulfilled.

If you are not sure what to choose, our experienced managers will be happy to advise you or you can have your bouquet custom-made.

If you do not want to fill in the online order form, you can order by phone.

On receiving your online order form, our manager will contact you by phone or e-mail to confirm your order.

All orders are made after 100% down payment. When selecting your payment method, make sure you allocate enough time for us to receive the payment. Choose the payment method that suits you best!

The actual price of the bouquet may differ from the price shown at the website depending on availability of flowers and supplier prices or in cases when delivery is due on the day before holiday or on holiday.

Substitution of flowers

Some flowers are seasonal and may be unavailable in certain times. We reserve the right to substitute certain flowers without altering general look, colour-scheme and price of bouquets.

Changing your order

If you decide to cancel or change your order, please let us know your decision as soon as possible.

If we failed to deliver your order on time, it can be delivered at the earliest available opportunity or you can have a refund. The amount of the refund can not exceed the amount of the order.
